Are event payments guaranteed to work offline?
No. Do not assume offline acceptance. We review the specific setup and agree an appropriate contingency with you.
Can a venue use both card terminals and ePOS?
Yes, where appropriate. Shift4 One is the payment terminal; Shift4 Dine supports hospitality ordering. We recommend a configuration based on your service points.
